According to European legislation, if your business is based in Greece and you or your staff make business trips abroad, you have the right to request a VAT refund for the following expenses incurred within the EU during your trip:<\/p>

  • Fuels\u00a0<\/h6><\/li>
  • Road Tolls and road usage charging<\/h6><\/li>
  • Travel expenses\u00a0 (taxi fares, public transport fares, etc.)<\/h6><\/li>
  • Leasing of means of transport<\/h6><\/li>
  • Accommondation<\/h6><\/li>
  • Expenditure related to means of transport<\/h6><\/li>
  • Participation in trade and other exhibitions\u00a0<\/h6><\/li>
  • Participation in conferences\u00a0<\/h6><\/li>
  • Food, beverages and restaurant services\u00a0<\/h6><\/li>
  • Expenses for luxury items, entertainment and recreation.<\/h6><\/li><\/ul>

    Upon receipt of the documents, a file of your business opens and:<\/p>

    • Documents are classified by country of return and period.\u00a0<\/h6><\/li>
    • We make a plan for sending the applications after consultation.\u00a0<\/h6><\/li>
    • Documents are being checked and invoices are being requested from issuers where required.<\/h6><\/li>
    • The documents for requesting a refund are being registered.<\/h6><\/li>
    • Check on the progress of refund requests until the VAT refund process is completed.<\/h6><\/li><\/ul>

      3. IBAN and BIC account from a bank account. The applicant must be the first beneficiary.<\/li>
      4. \u00a0Authorization from the applicant for legalization of our office of the submission of applications, representation and use of codes\u00a0<\/li>
      5. Signing of Data Protection Form\u00a0 (GDPR)<\/li>
      6. Vehicle permit\u00a0<\/li>
